Why talk to Angels if I pray to God?
I always call in Archangel Michael for protection, and trust that I do have my very own Guardian Angel. My question is though I do believe Angels exist, I believe that God is within me and when I pray, I pray to God. If I need assistance, I go straight to Source so I don’t often remember to ask the Angels. To me God is all that is needed.
I have done courses on angels, read Angel cards, etc. I’ve been told I have a block about asking Angels for help. I’m not sure if it’s connected to what I believe God to be. I always go there first. When I ask my guardian angel to help me, I don’t feel a connection.
Do I need to change this? Angels are there to help but I don’t feel connected to them. I do try; I meditate regularly. I first call in Christ Holy Golden Light, then the Angels. So to me, God is the first stop. Thank you again, Karen xx

Angels are often people’s step to God. I like to call them our umbilical cord to God. It is wonderful, you have found your way there first without their assistance. I can understand why you would have apprehension to ask your Angels for assistance. I don’t think of Angels are higher beings than me. I think of them as my friends and this way I am able to call them freely without guilt of false worship or such.
We have the same relationship with Angels as we do with the trees. We are all connected and need each other to exist. God makes no mistakes … everything created by God was done with a perfect plan. Angels included.
I hope this helps. ~ Karen
