I just had a feather story I wanted to tell you. It wasn’t really a feather but one of those fluffy seeds.

I was outside with my coworker and we were talking about how her doctor had to pass her along to another doctor for her cancer.  Turns out doctor friend of hers is the best in Boston for this type at Dana Farber, huge deal in the cancer fighting world. And they just made an appointment really quick for her next Friday.

Our bosses are being the best – paying for her to have her car parked for her, etc. And I can see in her hope, and it was a great moment.

And in flies the puffball, right over her right shoulder! It just danced around in the wind for us/her. I could only just smile for like 2 minutes. Well, it actually is still making me smile. hah.
