Dear Karen,
Last Friday, our beloved dog Brandy passed away from kidney failure; she was only 7. We are all devastated. After 2 days on Sunday, my husband found a small white feather in our bedroom. I saw it later and picked it up and kept it, don’t know why. I got this feeling it meant something after nights and days of crying over Brandy. I’m sure it’s not from the pillow. I would love to know what it meant. Thank you.

Dear Karen,
I’m going through a rough patch – lost my job and a lot of debts – BUT I don’t feel negative! I often speak to my angels for help, etc and small things have been happening. Before I truly believed in angels I would have been so depressed, not knowing which way to turn, but I sometimes surprise myself at how positive I am, and how I’m handling the situation. Is this the strength of my angels?
I am writing to you this beautiful morning to first tell you how much I enjoy your site. And secondly, I would like to ask if you could please recommend a few things I need.
One is most important, my health. I need healing with a bad lower lumbar back (very painful). I have four bulging discs and need an operation. But I feel I have no insurance to do so. And my left knee is bad, also: It even has lots of build up fluid in it; and two torn ligments which need repairing.
And the second thing, I need help in is my depression and my high blood pressure. Neither of which I can afford my medications for.
So I need some healing prayers and charms and/or feathers and whatever else you may think I may need to bring my Angels closer to me. I am sorry I almost forgot, what do you recommend for me to do to keep away all my negative energy that seems to stay around me. I try to be as positive and as a strong as I can be about everything in life. But I feel sometimes I am, maybe, being tested. Ok, God I think I passed the test now. :}

Dear Jerilynne,
Peace in your life is the perfect place to start. Back problems are mostly related to financial burdens, and leg problems usually mean fear of moving forward. Of course, these are real conditions and will need lots of healing but it is all possible.
That being said, “Peace” … becoming calm in all situations will help you more than any tangible item. Meditation is truly your solution. When we meditate, we clear our mind of all the thoughts that keep playing over and over like a stuck record. It is when we are peaceful that we are able to see the signs the Angels leave for us. That is when we can heal with their assistance.
I know our local library has a collection of meditation CDs. You might want to check yours, and make a copy for yourself. Ask the Angels for guidance to find the right one, and they will abide. They have the ability to make things fly off of shelves if they need to. I would definitely begin there.
Products you might want to purchase would also involve peace which leads to healing. Amethyst is the calming stone. SignsofAngels.com has a several products made of that lovely purple stone. It is also good for increasing your ability to communicate with Angels (because of its calming properties). A Health Feather Blessing is also a wonderful option. Placing this magnet on your refrigerator will remind you to stay positive and focus on health.
And to stay more positive, I would first begin by calling on Archangel Michael to remove old ties that are dragging you down. Imagine his big huge sword cutting threads that lead back to all people you have been in contact with. This will release a lot of negative energy. Smudging your home is always good practice. This ritual cleanses the energy of your home, and you can do it to yourself. When you are done, you should feel such a sense of freedom and peace. (I have a youtube video for this.)
One last suggestion … while you are at the library, look for a book by Esther & Jerry Hicks. The Law of Attraction is my favorite book by them. It picks up where “The Secret” leaves off. They teach how to stay positive. It really helped me see things from a different perspective.

I was at work this evening and stepped into the washroom to say a quick little prayer. I have been stressed financially and although I feel selfish praying about this situation, I did anyway. As I opened my eyes, a tiny little white feather was drifting over my left shoulder. Very tiny….Almost invisible. I caught it and had to look very hard at it. I have no idea where it would have come from.
I do believe this is a sign from my Angels, but don’t know what they are trying to tell me. My prayer was asking for financial assistance…a windfall or something that would help my family out. Again, I do feel guilty and selfish making such a request in the form of a prayer.
But what could they be telling me?

Dear Kelly,
You are very blessed. Not everyone receives an Angel’s answer during their prayer. They want you to know, they hear you and are working to help you. It was very important that they let you know, right away. The Angels want you to breathe. When you feel like everything is bubbling over inside, breathe. Take long breaths in to the count of 4 and then long breaths out to the count of 4. Do it several times, and it will ground you bringing peace. I am also suggesting hold a stone or little statue during that time … to make it almost like a ritual. The Angels are saying, this would work very good for you. It is an additional tool to bring you back to peace.
As for asking Angels questions, don’t be silly! You can ask the Angels for anything. Absolutely anything. I ask them for parking spots, and that is certainly less than financial security. Your Angels want to help you in all matters of your life. They can’t intrude, they must be invited. The prayer you had in the closet was enough for them to be able to give you a sign. Ask for more signs, so you comfortable knowing they are there. Then, ask for the world.
There is more than just asking, there is believing too. Your thoughts play a HUGE roll in what the Angels can actually do for you. I know the Angels perform miracles every minute of every day. I know I am deserving of these miracles, just like you. Believe this.
It is also important for you to know that the Angels work for your highest good. You may feel that this is a horrible situation, and yet you were able to connect with your Angels. This is when life becomes real fun, and there was no other way to get you here. Be grateful for the situation you are in, and it will improve. That’s the “Law of the Universe”.
I suggest reading a book about connecting with Angels. We have several on our site, but there are many in your local library.

This weekend I allowed myself much needed vacation from Signs of Angels. Frank and I spent the weekend cleaning the yard and doing much needed repairs. It was wonderful to be in the yard, laughing and sweating together.
Lots went on with the company that I would have normally been very concerned about, but I just trusted and left it to the Angels.
So, this morning was the start of my work week. I was ready and rejuvenated. I sit next to the fax machine and heard it ring. Sedona, our dog wanted to go out the same time … so I left the room. When I came back, this was sitting there waiting for me. I was in and out of the office several times this morning. It was not there earlier. No way to miss this baby.
Thank you Angels for giving me confirmation that all is well with Signs of Angels. I am looking forward this week.
I just wanted to ask, I am moving and downsizing to a 2 bed victorian cottage. It has been a very big task after living here for 21 years, I have had so much sorting out to do and de-cluttering. Anyway, I asked the angels if I am doing the right thing. Last night going through old handbags to throw away I found 3 white feathers! I know I had found them in the past and kept them, but is this a sign I’m doing the right thing?

Whatever you do you are doing the right thing. The choices we make create lessons. We hope we make choices that make our lessons easier to process, but there is no true scale for that.
Your feathers are from your Angels, because they want you to know they are with you on this journey. Fill your heart with gladness. Sometimes during the process of de-cluttering, we also encounter spots of healing we have not completed. Your Angels are there for you for those occasions, too.
To feel more certain about your choice, what does your heart say? That is how we should live our lives. Does your heart say making this move will be for your highest good? Then, this is the right thing to be doing. At the very least, cleaning out the house of 21 years is an incredible thing to be doing.

You are really manifesting a wonderful future, with the assistance of your Angels.
To give a little background about myself, my friend Kerry and I are both clairvoyant! She came to visit me yesterday, and it came up that she had an energy that had attached itself to her when she was on a trip in Georgia. It was causing her to feel physically sick, and when she mentioned it to me, I began to feel the same way she was!
We both discovered that it was two lovers, of which the woman died during child birth. Neither of them could cross over to the light, mainly because the man was holding them both back!
Kerry and I both called on the Archangel Michael to aid us in helping these 2 poor souls cross over to the light! I actually could see and feel the energy of Michael, from the royal purple and cobalt blue auras to the heat of his sword and light, which caused me to perspire profusely! He appeared to me in a very stylized manor, but his wings were one of the most beautiful things that I have ever seen!
Archangel Michael was able to help Kerry and I aid these two spirits cross over into the light!
That same day, I was playing with my niece and nephew, when my nephew calls me over to see the feather that he had just found!
To me this was a sign from the Michael, acknowledging what Kerry and I had done!
It was such a divine experience that I will never forget, and will carry with me always!

In 2002, my father was dying of cancer. As I stood outside his front door waiting to enter, a white feather floated softly down from the air in front of me so slowly. I held out my palm, and it landed in my hand. The day after my father passed away.
This past week, my mother has been seriously ill in the hospital. After visiting her, I walked to my car I was thinking that I had no sign from a feather. With that, a small pure white feather swept in front of me and I picked it up. Sadly, today my mother passed away.

I am so sorry for your loss. Both my parents have crossed over too. Watch for signs from your Mom. Right after our loved ones pass, they remain close to the earth plane and often give us signs. People have experienced lights flickering, phones ringing with no one there, bells ringing. Spirit can easily manipulate electric, so please stay in the present so you can see it.
And, who is leaving these feathers? Your Guardian Angel. Know that you are not alone. You have divine guidance to lean on in this these moments … believe, trust, and grieve. Your Angel is there, has always been there … and will help you through this time of transition.
I have been seeing faces on the church walls and now see them on my bathroom floor, curtains, trees, clouds. Are these faces of angels and if so what does it all mean.
I didn’t start seeing them until after my dad died in 1997. My family thought that I was losing my mind until one day, on our way to visit my mom, I saw an angel in the clouds. It looked like they were kneeling and praying. My husband and three son’s finally saw it, and no longer question me when I say I see things.
I’d like to know though if there is something they are trying to convey to me or what to make of it.

Welcome to the World of Spirit. Every person’s journey is different and exciting. You are clairvoyant. You can see.
To continue to develop this gift, meditation is important. This is the place that you can find the answers you are looking for. You can also ask the Angels to continue to give you signs. The signs I first started to receive were feathers but everyone is different. You can even be very specific in your requests. Please show me a purple butterfly if you are truly with me … is an example.
I have always been very in tune with people that have passed and continually see them from time to time. This past weekend my daughter was performing in the play Steel Magnolias. I am in stage 4 renal failure, and you may/maynot know that the play centers around a girl who goes thru dialysis and eventually dies.
During one of my daughters monologues about the character that has passed, I was having trouble containing my sobs..as it hit wayyy too close to home, and I was so very proud of my daughter being able to deliver such a heartfelt line without succombing to her own emotions…. a feather, a white feather fell from the ceiling of the theatre right above my daughter.
Such a sense of calm came over me after that, and my sobs stopped. I asked my husband if he saw the feather and he did. I asked my daughter if she saw the feather and she said yes. She also told me that it was not part of the play.
I’d love to know what this meant, as I feel it was a message from a loved one.

This is exactly the way Angel Feathers appear! Angels leave feathers to let you know they are present. They want you to know you aren’t alone, and that there is so much more than what we can see. The love you, your husband and also your daughter were feeling was shared with even the Angelic Realm. This was truly a magical moment.
In my years of working with the Angels, there are not many experiences where the whole family was able to see the blessing bestowed. You are truly blessed. You have experienced a miracle, believe that more miracles can come true.
